CHICAGO - Purdue Athletics has announced a new customer experience partnership with EngageMint, focused on creating memorable gameday experiences for Boilermaker fans.
"Our objective is to ensure that each and every fan at all of our events has a positive experience from arrival through departure," Purdue vice president and director of intercollegiate athletics Mike Bobinski said. "We want to create memorable Boilermaker experiences, and that starts with outstanding customer service."
EngageMint helps athletics departments and sports organizations become more customer-centric. Purdue and EngageMint specifically will be focused on creating value for fans on gameday for all athletic events.
Already offering one of the best gameday experiences in college sports, Purdue is collaborating with EngageMint to create authentic service experiences centered around the needs, wants, stereotypes and emotions of Boilermaker fans. With countless employees working on gameday, Purdue is joining forces with EngageMint to create tools, systems and processes behind the scenes to drive more consistent delivery of customer service.
