Women's Tennis Welcomes Washington State

The Purdue women's tennis team plays host to Washington State on Saturday.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue women's tennis team plays host to Washington State on Saturday. The match will begin at noon ET on the Basham Courts at the Schwartz Tennis Center.

The Boilermakers are 5-2 this season, including 2-0 at home with wins over DePaul and Butler. Their signature victory was a 4-3 decision at No. 12 Ole Miss on Jan. 26.

Washington State boasts a 7-1 record. The Cougars' lone loss came against Stanford, which was ranked No. 1 nationally at the time and is No. 3 currently.
 
Series History
Purdue and Washington State have met twice previously, with both schools winning on their home court. The Boilermakers prevailed 6-1 in 2017, while the Cougars claimed a 7-0 victory last year.
