Feb. 25 Update: The ESPN+ telecast of the March 3 game at Oral Roberts has been canceled, but Indiana State plans to stream the March 13 game in Terre Haute live on ESPN+. Purdue will play four consecutive games on ESPN+ the week of March 11-17.
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – An April 7 game at Nebraska on ESPNU highlights the list of five Purdue baseball games that will be televised live by ESPN's linear networks this season.
ESPN's college baseball television schedule was unveiled Wednesday and it includes the Sunday series finale at Nebraska, which will be carried live on ESPNU at 1 p.m. ET. Meanwhile, the Longhorn Network is slated to televise all four games of the Purdue's Feb. 22 to 24 series at Texas.
Additionally, games at Oral Roberts, Indiana State and Jacksonville State in March will be available live via ESPN+, the subscription service available on the ESPN app on all connected devices. The Sunday series finale at ORU will be televised locally by KGEB TV53/CoxHD. More ESPN+ productions will be posted to the schedule page at PurdueSports.com as they are announced by the host schools.
All five games on ESPNU and the Longhorn Network will also be streamed on the ESPN and WatchESPN apps, but a pay-TV subscription that includes those networks is required.
The BTN and FS1 will also televise Purdue games this season. Those TV games will be announced in the coming weeks. The BTN will again provide live coverage of the entire Big Ten Tournament as well. BTN Plus on BTN2Go is also a great pay-per-view option for webcasts of home games and Big Ten road games not televised on linear networks.
The Boilermakers defeated Indiana at Alexander Field in their ESPNU debut last season. Eight more of Purdue's games last year were televised by BTN. Additionally, ESPN3 carried all three of the Boilermakers' NCAA Regional games in Chapel Hill.
