Free Admission for All Fans at Folk Field

Aug. 7, 2017

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Free admission for all fans for every game at Folk Field this fall highlights Purdue women's soccer's promotional calendar for the 2017 campaign.

Free admission for Purdue students was introduced last season and has now been expanded to fans of all ages. All seats at Folk Field will be general admission with no tickets required for admission.

The Boilermakers have 11 home dates on the schedule this season, including a six-game homestand that begins with Saturday's preseason exhibition game against Iowa State and runs through Labor Day Weekend.

Illinois, Northwestern, Nebraska, Iowa and Maryland all visit Folk Field for Big Ten play. Fans 21 and over can purchase beer and wine at every home game this season.

Purdue is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its 2007 Big Ten Tournament championship team, a group that won a program-record 20 games and earned the right to host the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament. All program alumni are invited back the weekend of Sept. 30 to Oct. 1. Members of the 2007 team will receive special recognition at halftime of the Oct. 1 game vs. Northwestern.
