WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue women's tennis team started off the season 5-0, but have since lost its last two. The Boilermakers dropped their lone road match at Dartmouth two weeks ago and the team's first match back at home against Virginia Tech. On Sunday, Purdue will look to return to its winning ways when facing DePaul at noon ET inside the Schwartz Tennis Center.

This weekend's meeting marks the seventh competition between the two programs, and the Boilermakers will have history on their side at first serve. Purdue has defeated DePaul all but once since the first matchup in 2003. Their sole loss to the Blue Demons came in 2008, which was the schools' final meeting before the series was revived in 2016.

Sunday's match also marks the seventh in West Lafayette, Indiana, for the Boilermakers; the team is currently amid its second of three long home stands that make up Purdue's schedule. Each originally contained five matches, but Ole Miss - who was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 10 - withdrew after receiving an invitation to this weekend's 2017 ITA Division I National Women's Team Indoor Championship.
