Volleyball To Host Youth Clinic

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Boilermaker volleyball team will pass along its knowledge to the next generation of players at a free youth clinic Aug. 13. The event, which will last from 10 to 11 a.m. ET, is limited to the first 100 to register by sending an email to sportspromo@purdue.edu.

The annual clinic will include one hour of skills work with the Boilermaker players and coaching staff as well as a free youth general admission ticket to the Purdue/Minnesota match on Sunday, Oct. 2.

The Boilermaker roster features seven returning letterwinners, two redshirted players, one transfer and three freshmen. Purdue kicks off the 2016 season with its annual Mortar Board Premier tournament, welcoming Wyoming, Washington State and Kentucky to the newly laid and redesigned Belin Court.

Season tickets are on sale now. Individual match tickets also are available for John Purdue Club members. Group tickets and individual match tickets go on sale to the general public on August 1. Tickets may be purchased by calling 800.49.SPORT, online or at the Purdue Athletics Ticket Office located in Mackey Arena.
