WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - In the final nine days before opening day, we invite you to learn a little more about the 2015 Boilermaker softball team, including fun facts and a few of their favorite things.
Today, we introduce junior infielder Mary Gooding. The Leawood, Kan., native saw action in 44 games in 2014, starting 18 at second base, four as the designated player and one at third base. The Academic All-Big Ten selection posted a .217 average with three doubles and a home run, while driving in 11 RBI and scoring six runs.
