WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - In the final 13 days before opening day, we invite you to learn a little more about the 2015 Boilermaker softball team, including fun facts and a few of their favorite things.
Today, we introduce junior outfielder Lexi Valone. The Lemont, Ill., native saw action in 25 games, starting five in 2014, after transferring from Bowling Green State. Last season, she posted a .267 average with four hits in 15 at-bats including a double, scored three runs and drove in three RBI.
