- Posted victories in all five of his completed matches, including a pair of wins over ranked opponents, as Purdue won two conference contests
- Defeated Dimitrije Tasic of Indiana (3-6, 6-1, 6-3), Matt Barry of Penn State (6-3, 3-6, 6-0) and No. 124 Kevin Metka of Ohio State (7-6 (7-4), 7-5) in the No. 4 singles position
- Earned doubles wins against Tasic and Sven Lalic of Indiana (8-5) and No. 54 Chris Young and Michael Reilly of Penn State (8-6) with partner Diego Acosta
- Owns an overall record of 13-2 and is 8-1 against Big Ten opponents
- Earns the first weekly award of his career
