INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Purdue women's golf team surged out to a 16-shot lead in the team standings after the first day of the Butler Fall Invitational, hosted by the Bulldogs at Highland Country Club on Monday. A pair of Boilermakers are tied for the individual lead as junior Aurora Kan and sophomore Brooke Beegle posted matching, one-over rounds of 71, while two other teammates join them in the individual top-10.
