DUBLIN, Ohio - The Purdue men's golf team shot 602 (+26) as a group on Monday to wrap up day one of the Jack Nicklaus Invitational in 11th place.

The Boilermakers shot 305 (+17) in the first round before bouncing back with a nine-over 297 in the afternoon session.

Senior Tyler Duncan was the Boilermakers' top performer on the day, shooting an even-par 72 in the morning and carding a second-round 70 (-2) for a total of 142 (-2) on the day. The Columbus, Ind., native will begin play on Tuesday in a tie for sixth place, just five shots off the pace.

Freshman Justin Cho, making his collegiate debut, shot 150 (+6) on the day to head into the clubhouse with a share of 31st place, while freshman Ben-Marvin Egel concluded the afternoon in a tie for 44th with a total of 154 (+10). Junior Jakob Ziegler shot 156 (+12) to tie for 47th after two rounds of play, and sophomore Adam Schenk rounded out the Purdue squad with a total of 162 (+18) to stand in 56th place.

The final round of the Jack Nicklaus Invitational will take place on Tuesday, with tee times set to begin at 8:30 a.m. ET off both the first and 10th tees. Live results will be available at golfstatresults.com.
