WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue baseball game at Ball State scheduled for 3 p.m. on May 11 has been canceled due to rain. No makeup game will be played.
The Boilermakers, who are tied for first place in the Big Ten standings, will return to action this weekend when they head to Champaign, Ill., for a three-game league series with the Illini. First pitch for the opener on Friday is slated for 7 p.m. ET and the Saturday contest, also at 7 p.m., will be shown live on the Big Ten Network.
