Snow Go

March 29, 2009

EVANSTON, Ill. - A winter storm that dumped 3 to 5 inches of snow around the greater Chicago area has caused the Purdue-Northwestern baseball game scheduled for 2 p.m. on March 29 to be canceled. No makeup game will be played.

The Boilermakers (10-10, 1-1 Big Ten), who split the first two games of the Big Ten opening weekend series with the Wildcats, will return to action on Tuesday, March 31, when they host Louisville for a single game at Lambert Field. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.
