The Purdue women's golf team finished in 10th place at the Mercedes-Benz Invitational. The Boilermakers were in 10th place after the first two rounds as well.
The Boilermakers totaled 926 over the three days. Purdue fired a first-round 303 and a 311 on Saturday. It posted a final-round 312 on Sunday. Ohio State won the event with an 874. Tulane and Tennessee tied for second place.
The event was hosted by Tennessee and held at Cherokee Country Club in Knoxville.
Purdue was led by junior Onnarin Sattayabanphot, who tied for 32nd overall. She fired a final-round 76 and totaled 227.
Freshman Whitney Frykman tied for 43rd after an 80 on Sunday. She totaled a 231.
Sophomore Caroline Haase tied for 49th after a 232. Sophomores Myrte Eikenaar and Maria Stinson tied for 69th and 73rd respectively.
The Boilermakers are in action again on Oct. 29 to 31 at the Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, N.C.
