The Purdue men's golf team tied for 11th place at the Gator Invitational in Gainesville, Fla. The event was hosted by the University of Florida.
The Boilermakers totaled an 888 through the event's three rounds. Florida won the tournament with an 848. Purdue tied with Central Florida.
Freshman Peter Richardson led the Boilermakers with a three-round 220. Richardson totaled a 220 and tied for 33rd.
Senior Shiv Kapur tied for 39th after a 222. Kapur carded a 71 in the second round. Senior Luke Epp tied for 41st after a 223. Freshman Johan Edin tied for 48th with a total of 224.
Junior Dustin Cone tied for 66th with a 231.
The Boilermakers are in action again on Feb. 22 to 24, in the Puerto Rico Classic.
