Women's Golf Tied For 10th

IOWA CITY, Iowa - The No. 21 Purdue women's golf team is tied for 10th after three rounds of the 2003 Big Ten Women's Golf Championships, which are being held at the at the par 73, 6,053-yard Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City, Iowa.

The Boilermakers carded a 305 on Saturday and have a three-day total of 934. Ohio State leads the event with a 900 after two days. Wisconsin is in third with a 916.

Purdue was led by junior Beth Hermes. She fired a team-low 74 on Saturday and is tied for 13th overall. She has a three-round total of 229.

Senior Kari Damron is tied for 21st with a three-round total of 232. She fired a 75 on Saturday. Senior Heather Suhr carded a third-round 77 and is tied for 28th overall.

Freshman Onnarin Sattayabanphot has a 237 over three rounds. She carded a 79 on Saturday and is tied for 32nd overall.

Senior Heather Zielinski is in 53rd place with a 246. Freshman Emily Hindman is in 65th place with a 271.
