Boilermaker Hospitality, via Levy Restaurants, is the exclusive caterer for Purdue Athletics. With over 50 years of culinary and hospitality experience, they have built their reputation on offering world-class service and innovative catering options from the stadium to the head table. Their chefs use the highest-quality ingredients from local producers to provide exceptional menu items. From private luncheons to glamorous social galas, we will create a unique food experience that is guaranteed to amaze.

Purdue Athletics has numerous facilities, but some have limited availability. For the following facilities, you are welcome to submit an inquiry and a representative will contact you to discuss your event before proceeding.

Amenities

Facility Charges Include:

  • Custodial services
  • Coat racks
  • Additional 6ft tables (up to 5, depending on availability)
  • Easels (depending on availability)
  •  Standard table linens
  • One wireless microphone and podium per floor

Additional Charges Per Request:

  • FOH Room Set Up Fee — $175 
  • Purdue Athletics 80" Television (Ross-Ade only, one available) — $350
  • Additional Pipe and Drape (black only) — $50 per 10ft section
  • China (plates, silverware) — $3 per person
  • Standard linens (tablecloth and cloth napkin) - available in black, white or gold — $4.99 per table
  • Custom linen and glassware available for an additional cost*
  • Golf cart shuttle — $250 per golf cart
  • Ross-Ade Stage/Riser — $350 for 8x16ft
  • Ross-Ade Dance Floor — $350 for 18x18ft
  • Ross-Ade Stadium lights — $150 per hour (on 30 minutes before guest arrival, off at event end)
