Michaela Patt
Michaela Patt was named director of content strategy and innovation in December of 2018. Her responsibilities include oversight of Purdue’s digital media channels, including social media and email strategy. Her position also focuses on gathering data and using analytics to make decisions.

Patt has held multiple positions in the marketing department since arriving to Purdue in 2013. She began as a marketing assistant and was promoted to assistant director of marketing in 2014. In 2016, Patt was promoted to director of marketing and fan experience, where she oversaw marketing and advertising efforts for football and men’s basketball.

The Boilermakers were recognized as the 2019 Marketing Team of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators.

A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Patt earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance with minors in economics, mathematics and communication from the University of Nebraska in 2013. Michaela is a loving mother to a 6-year old Shih-poo, Berkley. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and hosting game nights at her home.
