• Also qualified for the A final of the 200 breast but was sent to the D final instead, which he won, since it was his fifth individual event of the meet

• Won the 100 breast and contributed to a victorious 200 medley relay in duals vs. Notre Dame and Michigan State

• Competed primarily in the breaststroke events, 100 butterfly and 200 IM
• Posted season-best times in the 100 (52.88) and 200 breast (1:57.99) as well as the 200 IM (1:45.50) at the Big Ten Championships
• Established a Purdue freshman records in the 100 breast, eclipsing a mark that had stood since 2001 and moving up to second place in program history
• Broke the Purdue freshman record in the 200 IM as well
• Also ranks fifth in the 200 IM, seventh in the 200 breast and 14th in the 100 fly (48.37)
• Swam the breaststroke leg on the record-setting 200 medley relay team at Big Tens
• Represented Purdue at the USA Swimming’s Phillips 66 National Championships in July, qualifying for the C final of the 50-meter breast
• One of the three Purdue swimmers to score in all three individual events at Big Tens, accounting for 36 team points
• Qualified for the A final of the 100 breast and the B final of the 200 IM
• Accounted for 24 team points at the Purdue Invitational, qualifying for the A finals of the 100 breast and 100 fly
• Victorious in the 100 fly at the Indiana Intercollegiates
• Contributed to a victory in the 200 free relay in the dual meet win vs. Michigan State

• Four-year varsity letterwinner for coach Matt Rosa at Dana Hills High School in Orange County, California
