WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue volleyball presents a four-part documentary series titled Laying the Tracks, which shares the program's journey throughout the 2025 season.

Over the course of four installments, the program will open its doors to share its story of the historic 2025 season. From the transfer portal and off-season grind to in-season success and the hair clip craze that took over the team, the series reveals the true journey of the Boilermaker squad, told through exclusive interviews and never-before-seen footage and interviews.
The documentary, which includes player and staff interviews alike, will follow the entirety of the 2025 calendar year. Episode 1 chronicles the off-season, from embracing the transfer portal in December 2024 through summer workouts. Meanwhile, Episode 2 dives into the team's journey through its non-conference schedule. Episode 3 continues the story through Big Ten play, followed by postseason in Episode 4.
Defying all expectations, the Purdue volleyball squad catapulted from a seventh-place predicted league finish, to a program-record-setting five All-Big Ten, three All-America honorees and No. 8 national ranking finish. After shattering every preseason prediction and setting new Purdue records along the way, the team turned the 2025 season into a masterclass in collective purpose and Boilermaker grit - all while embracing the simple joy of playing alongside one another.
