The John Purdue Club has continued to build momentum under Logan’s leadership as interim director. Purdue Athletics raised a record $16.1 million on Purdue Day of Giving on April 29, 2026, surpassing the previous record of $13 million set in 2024. Since Logan’s arrival at Purdue, the John Purdue Club annual fund, which supports student-athlete scholarships, has grown from $6.4 million in fiscal year 2019 to $17.1 million in fiscal year 2025. As the 2026 fiscal year nears its close, the annual fund is approaching $19.5 million.
Logan played a central role in the strategic design and execution of two of Purdue Athletics’ most significant fundraising initiatives. He designed and launched the More Than a Game campaign, which generated $18 million in 13 months, and led the strategic design of the Forging Ahead campaign, which raised $20 million in 19 months. He also implemented a pod-based prospecting and pipeline structure that produced more than $33 million in new major-gift revenue.
“I am incredibly grateful to Mike Bobinski and Julie Dussliere for their trust, and to the Boilermaker Family for the support they continue to show Purdue Athletics,” Logan said. “Purdue has become home for my family, and the opportunity to serve our student-athletes, coaches, donors and staff in this role is something I do not take lightly. The John Purdue Club has a proud history of helping create championship-level opportunities for Boilermaker student-athletes, and I am fortunate to work alongside an outstanding team committed to that mission. I am excited to continue building relationships, strengthening support and helping position Purdue Athletics for sustained success.”
Before coming to Purdue, Logan served as director of leadership giving and premium seating at Georgia Tech, where he helped contribute to the Yellow Jackets’ record-breaking 2019 fiscal year, which included more than $52 million in commitments to athletics. Prior to Georgia Tech, Logan served as a major gift officer at Missouri, where he secured seven-figure commitments for the Tigers’ $100 million south end zone facility project.
Logan also spent two years with Army West Point Athletics, where he served as assistant director and later associate director of the Army A Club. During his time at Army, the unrestricted annual fund grew 33% from $4.1 million to $5.4 million.
Logan earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri. He and his wife, Mercedes, are the proud parents of their two boys, Salvador and Diego.
