Volleyball Spring Schedule Revealed

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue’s four-match spring schedule was announced by Art and Connie Euler women’s volleyball head coach Dave Shondell, a slate featuring a showdown vs. Indiana at the Fisher’s Event Center and two opportunities to watch the Boilermakers at their own Holloway Gymnasium.

Purdue’s spring season will culminate with a rivalry showdown against Indiana on Sunday, April 19 at the Fishers Event Center. The match will begin at 2 p.m. ET, followed by a fan fest at 4:30 p.m. ET, which includes an autograph session, and ultimately the 6 p.m. ET Major League Volleyball (MLV) match between the Indy Ignite and Dallas Pulse. Fans looking to attend Purdue’s match will need to purchase a ticket to the Ignite vs. Pulse match HERE.

It will be the Boilermakers’ second match at the Fishers Event Center, having played Vanderbilt in April 2025.

The season will begin at home against fellow Big Ten opponent Illinois on March 28 at 11 a.m. ET. Then, Purdue will host an intrasquad scrimmage on Wednesday, April 1 at 5:30 p.m. ET. Both home showings will take place at Holloway Gymnasium and no tickets are required for entry.

The season will continue at Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana, when Purdue takes on Vanderbilt on Saturday, April 11 at 6 p.m. ET. Tickets will be free, but are required for entry and will open for claiming on Tuesday, February 23 at Noon ET. Links will be shared via @purduevb on social media and schedule page.

The spring season will be the first opportunity for fans to see the team since freshmen defensive specialist MaryKate Schuemann, defensive specialist Elle Schara, outside hitter/opposite Sydni Vice and outside hitter sophomore transfer Lameen Mambu (previously at Georgia Tech) arrived in West Lafayette.

The Boilermakers return their program-record three 2025 All-Americans in second team honorees Taylor Anderson and Kenna Wollard and third team selection Grace Heaney in addition to All-Big Ten Second Team libero Ryan McAleer.

Purdue capped off the 2025 season with a Regional Final berth, a third-place Big Ten finish (27-7, 15-5 Big Ten record) and three All-America honorees –improvements in all areas from a season ago, despite preseason projections. Meanwhile, numerous program records were also set, including 10 wins against ranked opponents, five All-Big Ten honorees, three reverse sweeps and three NCAA tournament All-Region honorees, not to mention the second-highest hitting percentage in Purdue single-season history (.290).
