WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue men's tennis team (10-8, 2-7 Big Ten) are set to take on No. 40 Washington (13-6, 5-4 Big Ten) and No. 55 Oregon (10-11, 2-7 Conference) for their final home matches of the season. The Boilermakers will take on the Huskies on Friday at 4 p.m. ET and the Ducks on Sunday at 10 a.m. Sunday's match is highlighted by Senior Day and a t-shirt giveaway.  

THINGS TO KNOW 

  • Freshman, Nour Fathalla, picked up his 12th singles victory of the season, improving to 12-2 on the season and 5-1 in Big Ten play.  
  • Three players have reached double digit wins in singles this season, Nour Fathalla (12-2), Maj Premzl (10-6), and Henrik Villanger (10-5). 
  • The Boilermakers look for their first win in program history against the Huskies, with Washington leading the series 2-0.  

ALEKSA KRIVOKAPIC 

  • Krivokapic moved up one spot to No. 69 in this week's ITA rankings.  
  • The junior helped secure the win over Indiana, winning his singles match 7-6(4), 7-6(7). In doubles, he partnered with Juan David Velasquez to win 6-2 against Indiana's Ben Scherer and Ben Pomeranets for his 10th doubles victory of the season.  

LOOKING AHEAD 

  • Oregon and Purdue met last year for just the second time ever. Oregon got the win 3-4 to even the series with one win each.   
  • Washington has 2 players ranked nationally in singles, Cesar Bouchelaghem at No. 37 and Dzianis Zharyn at No. 120. The pair is also ranked together at No. 87 in doubles. 
  • Oregon's rankings include No. 103 Vlad Breazu and No. 104 Lenn Luemkemann in this week's singles rankings.
