HANOVER, N.H. - Purdue could not overcome an unbeaten Dartmouth team as it lost 1-6 on Friday.
As the Boilermakers continue to experiment with the singles lineup, Marino Jakic got his first crack at the No. 1 spot. He was bested in straight sets after putting up a strong fight in the final set.
Stefan Simeunovic continues to play his way through the top of the lineup playing a match at No. 2 for the first time in his career. The freshman was the only Boilermaker to record a victory on Friday with a dominant straight-set win over Henry Ren. Simeunovic shut out his opponent in the first set and surrendered just three games as he improved his spring record to 4-2 with a winning record at No. 2 and 3.
