WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The three-day Purdue Invitational and three more home meets with a spotlight on the state of Indiana headline Purdue swimming & diving's 2022-23 schedules.

The Boilermakers have five home meets on their schedules, with the potential to add a couple more for the men. The annual rivalry dual with Indiana is set for Saturday, Jan. 21 and doubles as Senior Day at the Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center again.

Meanwhile, the three-day, six-session Purdue Invitational (Nov. 16-18) moves to a full weekday schedule this year. It will be contested from Wednesday to Friday due in part to a home football game on Saturday, Nov. 19.

The Boilermakers are set to host the midseason showcase for the 10th time as a co-ed meet since the Burke Aquatic Center opened in August 2001. The Purdue Invite was also held in November of 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. It debuted as a men's only meet in November 2003. Louisville, Northwestern, Missouri State, Cal Baptist, Navy, Illinois State, Indiana State and Marshall are expected to have student-athletes in attendance. The Purdue men won the meet last season.

The Boilermakers are set to host the Purdue Invite in consecutive years for the first time ever.

The weekend of Oct. 21 to 22 is slated to be a busy one at the Burke Aquatic Center as the Boilermakers host UIndy for a co-ed dual Friday evening and the annual Indiana Intercollegiates at noon the following day. Featuring numerous schools of all sizes from around the state, the Indiana Intercollegiates is always the largest single-day meet of the home season.

Michigan is set to host both the men's and women's Big Ten Championships in February. It will mark the first time the same school has hosted both conference championships since Iowa in 2012. Michigan's Canham Natatorium has not hosted either meet since the women's championships in 2016. The Purdue women are in line to host again in February 2024, for the first time since 2017.

The Purdue men will go to Ann Arbor the first Friday of November for a Big Ten dual that will also feature the U-M women racing against Eastern Michigan and Ohio.

The Boilermakers open their seasons with their first trip to Columbia, Missouri. It's a co-ed, two-day dual vs. Missouri the weekend of Oct. 14 to 15.

Other two-day meets on the schedule include a women's dual at Rutgers (Oct. 28-29), the annual Big Ten Triple Duals/Big Ten Quad (Jan. 27-28), and an expanded edition of the women's Boiler-Make-It NCAA last chance meet (Feb. 25-26). Northwestern is hosting the dual finales in January this year, with Iowa also in the mix to make it a quad meet on the women's side. Purdue is in line to host Minnesota and Northwestern for the two-day meet next season.

A new edition to the schedule for the Boilermakers is the CSCAA's National Invitational Championships in March. The three-day showcase is slated to be held in-state at the Beacon Health Aquatic Center in Elkhart.
