WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The No. 3-seed Purdue Boilermakers begin their March Madness journey on Friday in Milwaukee, when it battles the Ivy League champion and No. 14-seed Yale at the Fiserv Forum, beginning at 2 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. CT on TBS. The Boilermakers are looking to win a first-round game for the fourth time in their last five tournaments, while Yale will look to replicate its magic from 2016, when it knocked off Baylor in the first round.
Purdue is 27-7 overall with a 14-7 quad-1 and 2 record. Yale is 19-11 with a 1-5 quad-1 and 2 record, with its best win over Princeton (NET 102).
The contest will be televised on TBS with Spero Dedes, Debbie Antonelli and A.J. Ross on the call. On the radio waves, Rob Blackman and Bobby Riddell will be courtside on the 22-station Purdue Radio Network and online on the Varsity Sports Network (app).
