• Wrapping up their four-match homestand, the Boilermakers were able to secure four wins to better their season record to 7-6 heading into this week against California.
• The Golden Bears are ranked No. 43 after starting their season 7-3 before their matchup with the Boilers.
• California leads the Boilermakers 5-0 in matchups, with their last meeting being Mar. 15, 2019, all having been played in California.
• California boasts two athletes who are nationally ranked after the Mar. 9 rankings, No. 91 Yuta Kikuchi in singles and the pair of No. 17 Yuta Kikuchi and Carl Emil Overbeck in doubles.
• In the first matchup of the doubleheader with Saint Louis, Purdue was able to edge out wins all the way through the singles matches to sweep the Billikens 7-0.
• Purdue will look to get their first win over California in program history.
• This will be the Boilermaker's last non-conference match before starting Big Ten conference play against Indiana on Mar. 26.
