WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Game 2 of the Purdue-Iowa series Saturday in Iowa City has been added to the Big Ten Network's schedule of live telecasts, moving up to a noon ET first pitch to accommodate the TV coverage.

The Boilermakers will play live on the BTN for the second weekend in a row after dispatching Michigan 12-4 live on the network Sunday, clinching a series victory in the process. Games televised live on BTN can be streamed on FoxSports.com and the Fox Sports app with a verified pay-TV subscription that includes the Big Ten Network.

The coaching staffs also agreed to move Friday's game to 5 p.m. ET. In the event of rain Friday, the game will not be moved back and the teams will instead play a doubleheader at noon ET on Saturday. The BTN's B1G+ streaming platform will provide the live coverage for the other two games of the series regardless of when they are played. The BTN is only carrying the noon ET game Saturday.

Additionally, the Saturday, May 21 home finale vs. Maryland has been moved to a 2 p.m. ET first pitch. Purdue's annual Alumni Day events are slated for that morning and the Senior Day ceremony will be held prior to the regular-season finale. Team alumni receive two complimentary admissions to both the Alumni Day events and the game at Alexander Field. They also have the option of purchasing additional tickets.

Saturday's 11 a.m. (local time) game is now slated to be the Boilermakers' earliest start of the season. Purdue had four games start before noon local time early last season as part of the neutral-site series against Nebraska and Michigan at Minor League Baseball stadiums in Texas and South Carolina.

The Boilermakers have not played at Iowa's Duane Banks Field since the opening weekend of the 2017 conference season. They've made just two trips to Iowa City since 2011.
