WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Several updates have been made to the Purdue track & field team's outdoor schedule, as four meets are added to the calendar.
The team will begin the season in Miami, with a spring break training trip from March 13-19. The trip will culminate with the Hurricane Invitational, hosted by Miami, from March 18-19. As previously announced, the Boilermaker distance runners open the season at the Blizzard Buster in Oxford, Ohio, on March 18.
From April 1-2, the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational in Cincinnati has been added to the schedule. The Boilermakers will compete in Ohio along with the Florida Relays, from March 31-April 2, which was on the team's original schedule.
The next weekend, from April 8-9, the Illini Classic in Champaign, Illinois, replaces a meet at Indiana State. The Boilermakers' trip to the Texas A&M Team Invitational that weekend also remains on the outdoor slate.
The final update to the team's schedule comes on April 22-23, when the entire team will compete at the Indiana Invitational in Bloomington.

Postseason competition features the Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships from May 13-15 in Minneapolis. The NCAA East Preliminary Round is set for May 25-28 in Bloomington, Indiana, and the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships is in Eugene, Oregon, from June 8-11.
