The Boilermakers will look to bounce back from a recent skid against No. 25 Michigan State, No. 12 Maryland and No. 18 Indiana. In a 66-45 loss to Indiana, Purdue did not put a player in double-figure scoring for the first time this season. Kayana Traylor led the team in scoring for the sixth time this year with eight points, while Tamara Farquhar hauled down eight rebounds, her fifth game with at least eight boards.

Madison Layden leads the team with 19 steals. The rookie from Kokomo is on pace to be one of seven freshmen from the Big Ten in the last six years to average more than 1.5 steals per game. Her 1.9 swipes per game is on pace for fourth by a freshman in program history, joining Sharon Versyp (84-85), Katie Douglas (97-98).

NOTES
• Purdue leads the all-time series against Iowa 40-33 with an 11-20 mark in Iowa City.
Monday marks just the third road game of the year for Purdue. The Boilermakers average roughly two more points and 3-pointers away than at home.
Kayana Traylor's eight double-figure outings already tied her career best from her freshman season. Traylor is averaging nine points and two rebounds better than her sophomore campaign.
Karissa McLaughlin added to her program career 3-point record with her 242nd make against No. 18 Indiana. The senior now sits 39 triples away from the Purdue record of 281 by Carsen Edwards.
• Iowa is the fourth straight team Purdue has faced that was either ranked or has received votes in the national polls. The three straight ranked games was the first such stretch for the Boilermakers since 2000-01.
• Purdue's 3-point shooting has been an indication of success this season. The Boilermakers average 8.0 triples per game at a 44.9% clip from deep in wins, compared to just 3.6 with a 20.2% mark from the field per loss.
• As always, Tamara Farquhar continues to haul down any rebound opportunity, sitting 10th in the league with 7.2 boards per night.
Fatou Diagne has stepped up in conference play with 7.7 points and 8.2 rebounds per game, the latter tied for sixth in the Big Ten.
• The Boilermakers are one of four teams from the Big Ten with at least 60% of assisted field goals this season, averaging a dime of 3-out-5 shots.
