WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Inaugural Wheel Rise Event was a success. Fans of all ages came together to support and inspire Paralympic athletes to achieve their full potential. The three-hour event raised money for the Challenged Athletes Fund, which provides opportunities for people with physical challenges to live an active lifestyle. Featuring a competitive game by the University of Illinois Wheelchair Basketball Team, Wheel Rise Event proved to be an inspirational afternoon.
