• Georgia scored five straight goals to push past Charlotte with a 5-1 victory last Sunday.

SCOUTING: NO. 15 SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS (3-1-0, 0-0-0 SEC)

• South Carolina junior Grace Fisk is back from representing England on the U20 Women's World Cup team. Fisk was named a captain for England and made it to the semifinals before being defeated.
THE BIG FINISH
• The Boilermakers snagged the game winning goal versus Iowa State with just nine seconds remaining in the game. Sarah Clark served the perfect ball into the box for Kylie Hase to finish on a header.
• The play made SportsCenter's top plays, coming in at No. 5.
• The goal was the second latest game winning goal in Purdue women's soccer history and was just two seconds shy of matching the program record (89:53, 10/08/00).
NEW IN TOWN
• The 2018 roster features a large incoming class with 11 freshmen joining the team.
• The newcomers have accounted for at least 60 percent of shots in two of Purdue's three games thus far, including six of the Boilermakers' nine shots versus then-ranked No. 25 West Virginia (8/24). Purdue's lone goal of the game was by freshman forward Sydney Duarte in the 74th minute.
• Through three games, three freshman have found the back of the net: Patrick, Duarte and Teagan Jones (vs. Eastern Michigan, 8/17).
• While the back line is anchored by senior captain Hannah Mussallem, three rookies hold the line alongside her. Among the defenders is Julia Ware, who is one of just two Boilermakers to have played all 290 minutes of action this year (GK Katie Luce).
