WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The threat of rain and snow coupled with cold and windy temperatures has led to the postponement of Saturday's rubber game of the Purdue-Lipscomb series at Alexander Field. The teams are now planning to play Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
Fans with tickets to any rescheduled games this weekend can exchange the tickets for general admission seats at any future home game.
Friday's home-opening doubleheader ended in a split. Lipscomb won game one 3-1 and the Boilermakers took the nightcap 6-2.
