WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The next phase of the season begins for the Boilermaker softball team at noon Thursday when they take on No. 5 seed Illinois to open the Big Ten Tournament in Columbus, Ohio. The game will be streamed live on BTN2GO.com via BTN Plus.

The winner of the game will face off with No. 4 seed Northwestern at noon Friday live on the Big Ten Network. The full Big Ten Tournament bracket is here.

The Boilermakers went 1-2 against the Fighting Illini in the regular season series, including an extra-inning doubleheader split on April 26, both 8-7 scores in eight innings.
