WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - In the final 10 days before opening day, we invite you to learn a little more about the 2015 Boilermaker softball team, including fun facts and a few of their favorite things.
Today, we introduce junior catcher/infielder Katie Harrison. Harrison joins the Boilermakers after spending two seasons at Chipola College, where she was a first team NJCAA and NFCA first team All-America selection at designated player in 2014. She batted .440 with 86 RBI and 24 home runs, both of which led the nation among NJCAA Division one players last season.

Best non-athletic talent: Whipping up papers I procrastinated on.
Dream job: A league for professional softball that is equivalent to the MLB and being a pro softball player
Song I have to listen to before a game: depends on my mood and where I am mentally (if I need to get hyped up or calm myself down).
