Women's Tennis Hits the Road for Fall Opener

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue women's tennis team will kick off its fall schedule Friday at the Notre Dame Invitational. The three-day tournament will be held at the Courtney Tennis Center in South Bend, Ind. Each player will compete in two doubles matches and one singles match on Friday, starting at 10 a.m. ET.

Saturday's play will also feature two doubles matches and one singles match starting at 10 a.m. One singles match is on the docket for Sunday with action starting at 9 a.m. Teams featured at the event include Illinois, Louisville, Tulane, Akron and host Notre Dame.

The full Boilermaker roster is set to compete at the Notre Dame Invitational, including Deborah Suarez, a Miami (Fla.) transfer, in her Purdue debut.

Complete results will be available at the completion of each day.
