WILMINGTON, N.C. - The Purdue men's team is in 10th place after the first round of the 2005 Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, N.C.
The Boilermakers fired a second-round 299 and have a total of 604 after two rounds. Texas A&M leads the field with a total 589 and Tulsa is in second place with 591.
Purdue was led by junior Pariya Junhasavasdikul, who fired a two-over 74. Junhasavasdikul has been the Boilermakers' most consistent individual during the fall season. He is tied for 13th place overall.
Junior Peter Richardson is tied for 21st overall after a 73 on Saturday. Sophomore Santiago Russi carded his second-straight 75 and is tied for 23rd overall.
Junior Bobby Bennett is tied for 49th. He fired a 77 on Saturday. Junior Johan Edin also carded a 77 in the second round and is tied for 51st.
The Landfall Tradition is also featuring a 12-team women's tournament.
Both tournaments are competing on the Jack Nicklaus designed Nicklaus Course at the Country Club of Landfall. The men's track is a par 72, 6,992-yard layout. The women are facing a par 72, 6,070-yard challenge.
