Men's Golf Wraps Up Fall Season

The Purdue men's golf team finished seventh at the Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, N.C.

The event was hosted by UNC-Wilmington and concluded with final-round play on Sunday.

The Boilermakers fired a final-round 287. Minnesota won the event with a three-round 851.

The Boilermakers were led by senior Shiv Kapur, who fired a final-round 70 and tied for eighth overall after a three-round 214. Kapur fired a team-low 69 on Saturday.

Freshmen Pariya Junhasavasdikul and Peter Richardson played well. Richardson carded a final-round 71 and Junhasavasdikul fired a 72 on Sunday. They both tied for 25th overall after totaling 221.

Junior Dustin Cone tied for 32nd after a three-round 223. Senior Luke Epp tied for 45th after a final-round 74.

The tournament was played on the 6,973-yard, par-72 Country Club of Landfall, a course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The Landfall Tradition was the final tournament of the fall season for the Boilermakers.
