Women's Golf In Eighth Place After Two Rounds Of Midwest Classic

The Purdue women's golf team is in eighth place after the two rounds of play at the Midwest Classic in Dallas, Texas. The Boilermakers shot a 319 as a team to go with their first round total of 311, leaving them in eighth place with a two-round total of 630.

Caroline Laurens led the Boilermakers in round two, shooting a 78. She was followed by Heather Zielinski (79), Christy Rittenhouse (80), Beth Hermes (82) and Andrea Makauskas (82).

The Boilermakers will complete play at the Midwest Classic with third round play tomorrow.
