Bittinger StadiumOPENED MARCH 20, 2015Features: Purdue clubhouse which includes the Boilermakers' locker room, lounge, team meeting area and its own athletic training treatment area. The dugouts are heated, there is a separate bullpen and batting cages for each team and a press box for media, radio and TV. |
Fueling StationsLocated in Mollenkopf and Bittinger, student-athletes have access to a fully stocked counter. Additionally, there is a DEXA machine on-site for body composition testing in Mollenkompf, where our full-time dietitians are also located and available to meet one-on-one to discuss nutrition needs. Our staff dietitians also offer cooking classes and shopping tips for student-athletes. |
Mollenkopf Athletic CenterThe Purdue softball team utilizes the Mollenkopf Training Center with their own full-time strength and conditioning coach on staff. Their workouts are strength-based specific to the student-athlete's needs. When an indoor practice facility is needed, the softball team practices in the Mollenkopf Athletic Center, which is an indoor AstroTurf field, the full length of a football field and is 92,400 square feet. Indoor batting cages are used as well |
