National Signing Day is always an exciting, special day. When you see your first full cycle class come together after being here for almost a year, it means a little bit more. Our program will continue to be established on identifying and developing talent, with characteristics that fit ’The Purdue Way.’ We are excited to start that process as soon as this group of student-athletes arrive on campus. I am proud of our organization and staff for building this class, and we cannot wait to for the newest Boilermakers to join us! Boiler Up!

Barry OdomHead Coach

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Closing in on one full year as the head coach of Purdue Football, Barry Odom announced the addition of 21 new Boilermakers on National Signing Day (Dec. 3). The incoming class is Odom’s first complete class in West Lafayette and features 10 on the offensive side of the ball and 11 on defense.

Odom and his staff assembled the 2026 class with their full recruiting cycle since taking over the program nearly one year ago (Dec. 8, 2024). Breaking down the December class, the newest Boilermakers hail from 13 states. That includes four players from the state of Indiana, as well as three from Illinois.

Breaking the class down by positions, five of the newcomers are defensive backs. The defensive line features five new Boilermakers, three on the interior and two on the edge, while four offensive linemen were added to the program. Two tight ends, two wide receivers, one linebacker, one quarterback and one running back round out the class.

The entire class, along with information about each signee, can be found below.
