Boilermakers Battle for Barn Burner Trophy on Monday

Monday night at Mackey Arena will be the site of one of the fiercest rivalries in collegiate athletics, when the Purdue women's basketball team hosts in-state rival No. 20/23 Indiana for the Barn Burner Trophy Game. Tipoff is slated for 6 p.m. on BTN with Chris Vosters and Vera Jones on the call.

The Barn Burner Trophy is back on the line. The Boilermakers will look to snap a three-game skid in the trophy contest. Purdue owns an 18-8 all-time record against Indiana with the trophy up for grabs with a 11-2 mark in West Lafayette.

The Boilermakers enter Monday winners of four of their last five games. Karissa McLaughlin, Dominique Oden and Ae'Rianna Harris have all averaged at least 18 points during the stretch, while the latter two have combined for 16.2 rebounds per game. Purdue connected on 47.6% of their shots and 6.4 3-pointers per game.

• Purdue leads the all-time series against Indiana 50-33, after dropping a 66-48 decision in Bloomington on Jan. 9.
• The Boilermakers have dished out assists on 61.8% of their field goals in conference play. Oden, McLaughlin and Kayana Traylor have all dished out at least 30 assists in the last 10 games.
• Ae'Rianna Harris made more history last week as the first player in program history to amass 1,000 rebounds in a career.
• Purdue enter Monday with a 44.4% shooting clip in conference play and a 35.6% mark from distance.
• Oden, McLaughlin and Harris have all finished in double figures in nine games this season, including each of the last five outings.
