• Interior points of sale will be removed to allow for more space to distance
• Line queues will be taped down for restrooms and concession stands to encourage distancing
• First Aid will be in section 119 (West Side) only
. RESTROOMS • Restrooms will have doors designated for entry and exit
• Physical distancing signage reminders
• High-touch areas will be cleaned frequently
• Exterior Bathrooms Open – Outside Venue Use Only (WRR 1091, MRR 1099)

• Concession Stand C8 (Boiler Up Grill) will be the only stand open at the north end of the stadium inside gate G.

• Pre-packed silverware and condiments will be available upon request
• Hawkers will be eliminated from the seating bowl

- Fans will be asked to specify where they would like the balances of their season-ticket orders to go.
- Donate your current payment to the JPC's More Than A Game campaign.
- Transfer your payment to 2021 football season.
- Request a full refund via the same payment method you used. (Checks may take 6-8 weeks to refund and will require additional paperwork to complete).
- If you choose a full refund and you do not maintain your JPC Membership your season ticket location for 2021 will not be guaranteed.
- If you are not a JPC member and choose a refund, you will be sent a renewal in the spring for the 2021 season.
