SHUTOUT CLOUT
• Purdue and No. 20 Rutgers leads the Big Ten in shutouts (six).
• The program's six shutouts tie as the second-best start in program history.
• It also stands as the most shutouts through the first nine games since 2006 (7).
• Entering Week 6, only 13 programs in the Power Five tallied at least six shutouts this season.
• Over the opening weekend of Big Ten play, Purdue was the only program in the conference to shutout both opponents.
• Bova owns six shutouts on the season, the most among Big Ten goalkeepers.

• Purdue posted 13 shots in the tie, including eight on-target – Mackenzie Wood logged eight saves including the game preserving save from Sydney Duarte in the final moments of double OT.
• Michele Chernesky recorded two shots that also made it on net for a pair of Katie Luce saves. Regan Steigleder and Kayleigh Stahlschmidt also recorded shots on goal totaling four saves for Luce.
• Northwestern enters the week with a 1-2-1 record at home.
• The Wildcats are coming off of two consecutive wins on the road, a 1-0 match at Nebraska and a 2-1 win at Iowa bringing their conference record to 2-1-0.
