WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Big Ten Network announced its selections for women's basketball games to air live on the linear network during the final week of the season Monday, marking both of the Boilermakers' final two contests for national air time. The Boilermakers travel to Minnesota on Thursday, Feb. 23 for an 8 p.m. CT tip at Williams Arena, and will host Northwestern on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 4 p.m. ET in the season finale.
The Boilermakers have already played on national television five times this season, hosting Ohio State on ESPN2 on Jan. 15, and playing on the Big Ten Network four times. The two adds Monday leave three more TV contests on Purdue's schedule as they'll host Iowa on Feb. 19, for their annual Pink Zone game, before playing the aforementioned final two.
Purdue is currently 6-4 in conference play, having won three of its last four, including a 72-64 victory at Illinois on Sunday. The Boilermakers sit in a three-way tie for fourth place in the conference standings and host No. 21 Michigan on Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET in Mackey Arena.
