ALL GUESTS must have a valid event ticket to enter Ross-Ade Stadium, children included.
Accessible Seating
Fans requiring special assistance are urged to make all ticketing arrangements through the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office well in advance. Call 765.494.3194 or 800.49.SPORT.
ADA Gates
Gates A, GG, and EE are General Public ADA entrances.
ADA Restrooms
Only restrooms located on the exterior side of the concourse are ADA accessible. Restrooms on the interior of the concourse are not.
Aisle Traffic/Section Entry
Guests are urged to arrive early and get to their seats before kickoff. As a courtesy to other guests, please remain at your seat until the play has ended. Guests should have access to their digital pass with them at all times to assist with seat verification and entry into aisles and sections. Loitering in section entryways or sitting in the aisles will not be permitted.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted to be brought into Ross-Ade Stadium. Alcoholic beverage sales are offered inside Ross-Ade Stadium. Sales end at the end of the third quarter. Each fan purchasing alcohol will have to show a valid ID to show they are at least 21 years old. Fans will be issued a wristband to purchase alcohol. There is a two-drink purchase maximum at one time.

Animal Policy
Animals, with the exception of service dogs and service miniature horses, are prohibited inside Ross-Ade Stadium. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
ATM
There are no ATMs at Ross-Ade Stadium.

Baby Changing/Nursing Mothers
A nursing pod provided by Riley Children's Hospital is located on the concourse in the southwest corner of Ross-Ade Stadium, near Section 126. (The nursing pod code is 8008). Family restrooms are located by Sections 102, 108, 111, 119, 125, and at each first aid location near Gates EE and GG.
Bag Policy | More Info
All bags entering the stadium must be either: clear, and no larger than 12"x6"x12" in size; 1-gallon clear Ziploc bags; or non-clear clutch purses, no larger than 4.5"x6.5" in size. If a bag does not adhere to this policy but is required for medical purposes, it must be clearly marked with a medical bag tag before being permitted inside the stadium. Medical bags can only enter through gates A, EE, GG, and Pavilion. All items not permitted into the facility cannot be left at the gates and should be returned to a vehicle. Purdue Athletics is not responsible for items left at the gates or outside of the facilities.
Banners, Signs and Poles
Signs must be smaller than 12"x12" and cannot be on poles. Signs with offensive language or imagery are prohibited.
Boilermaker Crossing
Free fan fest opens three hours prior to kickoff each home game and is located in the Sally and Bob Weist Plaza between Mackey Arena and Holloway Gymnasium. Entertainment each game includes live music, inflatable games, giveaways, special guests visits from Purdue student-athletes and the pregame radio show LIVE on WAZY (96.5 FM) and much more.

Cameras
Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at Ross-Ade Stadium. Tripods, monopods, "selfie sticks" and camera with a lens longer than 6 inches (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited.
Cashless
Concessions and merchandise stands will NOT accept cash. Please note, there is no option to convert cash to card. All areas are cashless!

Concessions
Concession stands, managed by Boilermaker Hospitality, offer a wide variety of options.

Credit cards are accepted, all stands are cashless.

Drones
All operation and use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) must comply with FAA regulations, state and federal laws, and university policies at all times. Operators shall not fly near people or near or in any open stadium with a seating capacity of more than 30,000 people within one hour before or after a scheduled event or within a three-nautical mile radius while an NCAA Division I football game is occurring.

Emergency Contact
To contact a person at the game in the event of an emergency, please call Purdue Police at 765.494.8221. Please provide any necessary information including row and seat numbers of the person. Stadium staff will attempt to address the situation. Use of the public address system for paging is not allowed.

First-Aid Stations
First Aid stations are located on the concourse at sections 111 and 119 just inside Gate EE and Gate GG. First Aid in the Pavilion is located in the Shively Club. These stations are staffed with Purdue Fire paramedics and nurses. First Aid stations open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and will remain open 20 minutes after the game.

Gates Open
The Pavilion opens two hours (120 minutes) prior to kickoff, while Gate B opens exclusively to the Ross-Ade Brigade one hour and 45 minutes (105 minutes) before kick. All other gates to Ross-Ade Stadium open 90 minutes prior to kick.
Golf Cart Policy
Privately owned golf carts are prohibited from parking in Purdue Athletics/University lots during athletic events. Parking in lots or around campus will result in ticketing and towing of vehicles. Only Purdue Athletics golf carts are mandated to operate on roads surrounding Purdue Athletics venues.
Guest Services
Guest service booths are located inside and outside of the stadium. Outside locations open 3 hours prior to kickoff, while inside stadium locations open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Staff members are in place to help ensure guests receive outstanding customer service at Ross-Ade Stadium, includingphone charging options for iPhone and Android devices, masks, hand sanitizer, lost and found in addition to assisting with questions, comments and concerns.. Staff can assist with questions, comments or concerns.

Kulture City
For individuals who experience sensory overload, a hassle-free quiet zone will be located off the concourse near section 125/the Pavilion Lobby. Sensory bags will be available for check-out at Guest Services, located near sections 107 and 120 on the concourse. Such areas will be marked by overhead signage throughout the stadium.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items can be dropped off or picked up at the Guest Service booths. Booths are located at Section 121 and Section 107. Articles not claimed during or immediately after the game are turned over to the Athletics Ticket office located in Mackey Arena. Items will be kept in the ticket office for 14 days after each game.

Lost Item Report
If you misplaced an item during gameday, we're here to help. Submit a quick report using our Lost Item Form with a description and your contact details. Our team will do their best to reconnect you with your lost belongings!
Lost Person Wristbands
For the safety and peace of mind of all guests, lost person wristbands are available at Guest Services. Parents and guardians can visit the booths at Section 107 or Section 122 to fill out a wristband with contact information for their child or at-risk adult. In the event someone becomes separated from their group, this helps us reunite them quickly and safely.

Media Information
• The Boilermaker Sports Network, managed by Learfield IMG College and Purdue Sports Properties, consists of 24 radio stations. WAZY (96.5 FM) in Lafayette is the flagship station. Games also can be heard on TuneIn.com, via the TuneIn mobile app and on Sirius XM Radio. For home games at Ross-Ade Stadium, the broadcast team calls the action from the John R. DeCamp Radio Booth, named after the longtime voice of the Boilermakers. The pregame show begins one hour prior to kickoff.
• Boilermaker Sports Wrap: “Boilermaker Sports Wrap” - hosted by Nate Barrett and Alan Karpick - airs immediately following all games. Call-in questions are taken during the show at 888.246.2678.

Merchandise
The team store has locations at Sections 110, 115, 132, and the third floor of the Pavilion. Locations outside the stadium are Slayter Hill, outside Gate G, outside former Gate E (between gates D & EE), and in the Boilermaker Crossing near the north entrance of Mackey Arena. Additional exterior team store location on Northwestern Ave (formally Follett Bookstore) & Stewart Center. Game day hours vary by location.

Items not allowed inside Ross-Ade Stadium include weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and e-cigarettes, umbrellas, strollers, noisemakers and irritants, backpacks, binocular cases, camera bags, diaper bags, drawstring bags, fanny packs, oversized totes and purses, seat backs and seat cushions with metal or storage slots, objects that interfere with the comfort or block the view of other patrons, cans, glass bottles, food, drinks, cups, cooler, shakers, strobe lights, large signs, flags, banners, pets (except for registered service animals), tripods, monopods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6". For outdoor athletic events only, one sealed, disposable water bottle, 20 ounces in size or less is permitted to enter the stadium.
Programs
Game programs are now digital and can be found on PurdueSports.com and the Purdue Sports app, no physical copies will be available.
Pavilion
Located along the west side of Ross-Ade Stadium, accessible only to properly credentialed personnel and ticketed suite and club patrons.

Re-Entry
Guests are NOT permitted to re-enter Ross-Ade Stadium once they leave.

Seatbacks
Season seatbacks are pre-installed before the season begins. Single game seatbacks can be purchased online. Please take your confirmation email to the booth at Gate F to pickup your single game seatbacks.
Security Checks
Guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcel, bags and clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections but management reserves the right to refuse entry. Guests that are found with prohibited items are subject to Indiana law and/or ejection from the stadium. Cooperation with game management and security personnel will help maintain Ross-Ade Stadium as a safe and secure environment for all guests.
Shuttles
ADA lots will have an ADA accessible shuttle bus. For shuttle pick up and drop off locations, please visit PurdueSports.com/footballparking. For parking questions, call- 800-49-SPORT.
Smoking Policy
Ross-Ade Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Fans/personnel who violate this policy are subject to ejection/removal from the stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, hookah, smokeless products, pipes, oral and nasal tobacco. This also includes any product intended to mimic tobacco products, contain tobacco flavoring or deliver nicotine other than for the purpose of cessation.
Solicitation/Literature
Resale of tickets, setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, tickets or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around Ross-Ade Stadium without the permission of the Purdue University Department of Athletics is prohibited.
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted within Ross-Ade Stadium.
Student Sections
Sections 101-104 and 132-138. Students with student section tickets are only permitted to enter through gates A & B!

Team Arrival
The Purdue football team will arrive at Joe Tiller Drive, north of Ross-Ade Stadium, two hours and 30 minutes prior to each home game.
Team Store

Weather Information
The safety of our fans and visitors is our number one priority and the Purdue University Department of Athletics is prepared to communicate with fans when inclement weather interferes with events at Ross-Ade Stadium. Purdue monitors weather and has policies and procedures in place, but each situation is different. The most likely scenario is inclement weather situation is for fans to Shelter in Place. If inside the stadium, this often means leaving the open-seating area and taking shelter on the concourse; however, we advise everyone to follow the instructions given at the time.
