#9 Volleyball Suffers 5th Set Heartbreaker 1

MADISON, Wis. – The No. 11 Purdue volleyball squad suffered its first loss of the season on the road, falling to the No. 10 Wisconsin Badgers, 24-26, 15-25, 17-25.

With the result, Purdue falls to 22-5 (13-4 Big Ten) while Wisconsin improves to 21-4 (14-3).

With just three matches remaining in the regular-season, the Boilermakers will return home to play in Holloway Gymnasium for Senior Night on Sunday against Northwestern. The match is set for 6:30 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network. Then, next week Purdue will play at Minnesota on Wednesday, November 26 on Big Ten Network, followed by the regular-season finale against Indiana on Saturday, November 29 at Mackey Arena. The top-20 matchup, originally scheduled for 7 p.m. ET has been moved up to a 3 p.m. ET start on B1G+.
