Purdue Advances to NCAA Baton Rouge Regional

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The women's golf team will see its 2021 season continue after receiving a bid as the No. 11 seed in the NCAA's Baton Rouge Regional on May 10-12. The Boilermakers are playing in their 24th postseason. The berth allows Purdue to chase its 19th NCAA Championship appearance in program history. The top six teams and top three individuals after 54 holes will move on to compete at The Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, beginning May 21.

Top-seeded LSU will host the 18 schools at its home course, the par-72, 6,247-yard University Club. Other top seeds in the Boilers' regional include No. 2 Mississippi, No. 3 Baylor and No. 4 Oregon.
 
Purdue last appeared in the NCAA Championship in 2019, finishing tied for ninth out of 24 teams. The Boilermakers won the team title in 2010.
