2020 Football Season Tickets Info
Purdue Athletics is adding some flexible payment options for 2020 football season ticket renewals and purchases. Both returning and new fans are invited to use one of the following flexible payment plan options to best fit their needs and help ease the challenges they may be facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To help streamline the process, certain plans will be mobile only ticket plans.
In the event a football season is cancelled or partially played, Purdue Athletics will be offering full/partial refunds based on the affected games. Please see details below.
Revised Timeline and Flexible Payment Plan Options
Fans who have not renewed their Boilermaker 2020 football season tickets have until Thursday, May 14, to commit to one of the following plans. To commit to the Boilermakers' 2020 football season, contact your Boilermaker Athletics Representative or the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office Staff at 765.494.3194.
Extended Payment Plan - First payment will be charged on Thursday, May 14, and then charged on the 10th of every month until August 2020.*
*If the first installment is missed, fans can still call to reserve their seats with a 25% down payment.
Three Payment Plan – Make a first 1/3 payment now and make two (2) additional monthly payments in July and August of 2020.
Two Payment Plan – Make a first payment now and make a final payment by August 2020.

Refund Policy
As of today (Tuesday, May 5, 2020), Purdue Athletics expects the 2020 football season to be played during the 2020-21 academic year. However, as preparations are underway, due to the uncertain nature of COVID-19, game schedules ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. In the event any games are canceled due to COVID-19 and not rescheduled, or if games are played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, season ticket holders will receive refunds or credits with respect to both the face value of the ticket(s) for the impacted game(s) and the Legacy Fee that may be associated with the seats. Information regarding mobile ticketing, including a comprehensive FAQ page, is available here. For any individuals who do not have a mobile phone please contact your Boilermaker Athletics Representative to set up alternative ways of receiving your season tickets.

Refund Policy

- Donate the prorated value of the ticket(s) and Legacy Fee to the John Purdue Club to continue supporting our student-athletes.
- Have the prorated value credited toward another athletics ticket purchase either in the 2020-21 sports season, or towards football season tickets in 2021-22.
- Receive a prorated refund for the amount of the ticket(s) and Legacy Fee via the original payment method.
