Dec. 15 Update: Purdue and Indiana once again mutually agreed to cancel their planned matchup on the football field.
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- With start times now announced for football's Big Ten Champions Week game and basketball's annual Crossroads Classic matchup, Purdue teams will play on television on five consecutive days this week.
Football will visit Bloomington on Friday for a special 7:30 p.m. ET edition of the Old Oaken Bucket game. Men's basketball takes on Notre Dame at 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Both start times were announced Sunday afternoon by the Big Ten conference office.
Meanwhile, women's basketball also has two TV games on the schedule this week as Big Ten play opens Thursday at Mackey Arena vs. Northwestern. Mackey is also the site of the men's Big Ten opener Wednesday evening as Ohio State comes to town.
